About Rating Matters

Most businesses overpaying business rates never find out. Those that do often get approached by firms willing to submit a challenge regardless of whether the evidence supports one - because speculative volume is how that model works.

Ours doesn't work that way.

We only take cases where the comparable evidence clearly supports a reduction. If it doesn't, we close the file and tell you. No fee, no pressure, no vague promise that something might come of it. We'd rather turn down a case than submit one we don't believe in - because our surveyors' time and your trust are both worth more than that.

Our fees are fixed and agreed in writing before anything is submitted. We don't track your behaviour on this site. We don't sell your data. We introduce you to RICS-qualified specialists, not a call centre.
